Navigation Stack

Try Out Mowito's Navigation Stack.

Just follow 3 simple steps to use Mowito's Free Navigation Stack.

Step 1: Create license

To use the nav stack, please register with your email-id to get a license. After registration you will receive a password that can be used to run Mowito's Nav Stack.

Choose a user-name:


Step 2: Download Mowito's Nav Stack

Clone our github repo directly or by using

(for ROS Melodic):
git clone -b melodic

(for ROS Kinetic):
git clone -b kinetic

Once downloaded run using

Use the password you got in Step 1.

NOTE: For architectures other than amd64 (or x86) you can contact at [email protected]
Please checkout the branch according to your ROS Version

Here is what each launch file is for
  • sim_mw_navigation - for navigation with map
  • sim_mw_navigation_with_no_map - for navigation without map
  • sim_mw_mapping_with_explore - for autonomous exploration and mapping

Make sure to source your ROS setup.bash  (add the command below to your  bashrc)

(for ROS Melodic)

source /opt/ros/melodic/setup.bash

(for ROS Kinetic)

source /opt/ros/kinetic/setup.bash
